但无论老孙怎么劝说,segmentation of his emotions seemed to be beyond repair. It was as if the weight of all those failures and setbacks had finally crushed him, leaving him unable to breathe or think clearly.
The tears just wouldn't stop flowing, and segment of his face became red and swollen. His colleagues tried their best to comfort him, but it was clear that this wasn't just a simple emotional outburst. This was a cry for help from a man who felt utterly defeated.
As the day went on, segment began to feel slightly better after a good rest. But the incident left them all feeling uneasy - they knew that Segment's mental health needed attention now more than ever before.
And so they decided to stage an intervention at lunchtime the following day. They gathered around Segment in the break room, their faces filled with concern and compassion.
"Segment," old Sun said gently, "we know you're struggling right now. But we're here for you too."
"We don't want you to feel like you're alone in this," another colleague added softly.
"You've been through tough times before," someone else reminded him reassuringly. "And look how far you've come."
Segment looked up at them hesitantly, unsure what he should do next. And then suddenly - something shifted inside of him.
He took a deep breath and nodded slowly.
"I... I need some time off," he said quietly.
Old Sun smiled warmly.
"That's perfectly fine."
