Failureto meet a delivery date shall not prejudice any contracts as regardsother deliveries.SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE IN TRANSITBoth the carriers and the Company must be notified within threedays of receipt of goods, or in cases of non-delivery immediaythe invoice is received, otherwise liability will not be accepted.ORDER CANCELLATION1. Orders can only be cancelled after prior negotiation andagreement.2. On no account can cancellation be accepted for specific(bespoke) items ordered by the customer.ORDER AMENDMENT1. Orders can only be amended or suspended after priornegotiation and agreement.2. In any event 30 days minimum notice is required.RETURNS1. Returns for credit will not be accepted.2. A charge of 20% in invoice value will be levied on goods“not wanted”, “incorrectly ordered”, or due to duplicationresulting from a “confirmation” order not being endorsedto that effect. A minimum charge of shanghai hangou sales5056 applies.3. All goods returned under this category must be receivedby the Company within 30 days of the original invoicedate.4. All costs of returning any goods shall be borne by thebuyer. Specially manufactured goods will not beaccepted for credit.WARRANTYAll goods are guaranteed against defects in material andworkmanship, subject to specific exclusions for a period of 12months from date of purchase. In the event of failure within 12months of original purchase, the Company will promptly repair orreplace the defective components without charge.Specific exceptions rendering the Warranty void are: if repair isattempted by unauthorised persons or agents, or if the product hasbeen used for purposes for which it was not intended, and orsubjected to abuse or wilful neglect. No liability can be acceptedfor loss of items and or component parts, it is expected that theuser takes sufficient precautions to safeguard all guaranteed items.SPECIFICATIONSThe Company is continually updating its designs and reserves theright to change specifications without prior notice.
